    Annual evaluation report of China's cultural consumption demand (2013) In 2011,the national cultural consumption demand in urban-rural areas continued to maintain high growth:the total cultural consumption went up by 15.36% reaching 10126.19 hundred million yuan;the per capita value went up by 14.81% reaching 753.36 yuan.As measured by per capita value,the annual growth of the cultural consumption in urban-rural areas was evidently lower than the output growth,the residents' income growth and the total consumption growth,also remarkably lower than the savings growth.The disparity of cultural consumption between urban and rural areas widened by 5.49%;the gap of cultural consumption in urban-rural areas among different regions widened by 0.16% over the previous year. The total cultural consumption of urban-rural areas increased over 10% in 26 provinces,17 of which was over 15% and 7 of which over 20%;the per capita value of cultural consumption in urban-rural areas increased over 10% in 25 provinces,13 of which achieved over 15% and 5 of which over 20%.It was just the high growth of urban-rural consumption demand in most provinces that resulted in the high growth of national overall cultural consumption demand in the urban-rural areas. The ranking of the boom evaluation of the cultural consumption demand of urban-rural areas across the provinces in 2011 are as follows:Jiangsu,Shanghai,Beijing ranked the top three in the "2011 annual urban-rural boom-leading";Jiangsu,Shanxi,Shaanxi ranked the top three in the "1991-2011 urban-rural boom-rising";Qinghai,Jiangsu,Shanghai ranked the top three in the "1995-2011 urban-rural boom-rising";Jiangsu,Tibet,Qinghai ranked the top three in the "2000-2011 urban-rural boom-rising";Qinghai,Jiangsu,Tianjin ranked the top three in the "2005-2011 urban-rural boom-rising";Qinghai,Xinjiang,Inner Mongolia ranked the top three in the "2011 annual urban-rural boom-rising".
