  Based on the seven-year fixed-point poverty alleviation work of the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, this report summarizes its work experience in poverty alleviation based on the "electronic information + smart urban-rural development" model based on the concept of "precise poverty alleviation".   本报告根据电子科技大学七年来定点扶贫工作，梳理其基于 “精准扶贫”理念的 “电子信息＋智慧城乡建设”模式的减贫扶贫工作经验。本报告以期为我国脱贫攻坚战决胜和我国全面建成小康社会做好总结宣传，同时也对解决世界贫困地区，特别是非洲大陆的一些贫困问题提供一定的靠前借鉴。
