The book contains information and materials about the graduates of the Emperor Alexander's Lyceum (an institution where A.S. Pushkin received his education and whose graduates became diplomats, ministers, military officials and other prominent figures in Russian Empire). The second part of the volume is a bibliography of the graduates having roots in the Baltics.
