  Constitution of Russia After the 2020 Reform: Problematic Commentary The objective of the commentary is to reveal the meaning and significance of the constitutional amendments of 2020 and to assess the consequences of the Russian reform for changing the overall constitutional design of the country. Using a combination of methods of cognitive jurisprudence, comparative constitutional law and institutional analysis, the authors determine the place of the constitutional reform of Russia in the broad perspective of international and national legal development, while identifying the content, legal and political specifics of the adoption of Russian amendments. The transformation of constitutional values, the nature and direction of changes in the field of the relationship between international and national law, the interpretation of the welfare state, federalism and local self-government, separation of powers, constitutional justice, as well as the formation of the national elite, the status of the head of state and the scope of his powers in the emerging system of constitutional authoritarianism are consistently revealed

  Задача комментария – раскрыть смысл и значение конституционных поправок 2020 года и оценить последствия российской реформы для изменения общего конституционного дизайна страны. Используя совокупность методов когнитивной юриспруденции, сравнительного конституционного права и институционального анализа, авторы определяют место конституционной реформы России в широкой перспективе интернационального и национального правового развития, одновременно выявляя содержание, юридическую и политическую специфику принятия российских поправок.
