  Materials for the History of the Dmitrov Merchants and Philistines: Family List, 1898--1918 The book publishes for the first time the materials of the "Family list of merchants and townspeople of the city of Dmitrov" for 1898, supplemented up to 1918. This source is stored in the Central State Archive of Moscow in three volumes (TsGA Moscow. F. 826. Op. 1. D. 830, 831, 832). The list contains 3650 records that reveal the composition of the families of Dmitrov townspeople, and taking into account the personal composition of all families, the source covers data on more than 20 thousand people. The family list can serve as a reliable support for those who decided to research the history of their family, if it is known that the ancestors lived in the city of Dmitrov in the Moscow province in the pre-revolutionary period, and were in the merchant or bourgeois class.

  В книге впервые публикуются материалы «Посемейного списка купцов и мещан города Дмитрова» за 1898 год, дополненные до 1918 года. Данный источник хранится в Центральном государственном архиве Москвы в трёх томах (ЦГА Москвы. Ф. 826. Оп. 1. Д. 830, 831, 832). В списке фигурирует 3650 записей, которые раскрывают состав семей дмитровских горожан, а с учётом персонального состава всех семей источник охватывает данные более чем 20 тысяч персон. Посемейный список может послужить надёжной опорой для тех, кто решил исследовать историю своего рода, в случае если известно, что предки проживали в городе Дмитрове Московской губернии в дореволюционный период, и состояли в купеческом, либо мещанском сословии.
