Regions of the Republic of Belarus: statistical yearbook The statistical book is the main publication by Minstat that contains information on socio-economic development of the regions for 1995--2008. Information on the regions and Minsk сity, presented in separate sections, includes brief description of each region, data on demographic situation, labour resources and employment, incomes of the population, basic indicators of household sample surveys, housing conditions of the population, education, culture, science and innovations. The bookgives data on the situation in main branches of economy: industry, agriculture, construction. The data on trade and paid services to the population, finances, data on foreign economic relations, and small business are also presented.
