  Military Law of Ukraine: Textbook The textbook is devoted to a comprehensive analysis of modern challenges to the national security of Ukraine and the legal mechanisms for overcoming them under the legal regime of martial law. It highlights not only traditional aspects of repelling armed aggression, but also the newest forms of hybrid confrontation: information-psychological operations, cyber aggression, acts of terrorism and systemic violations of the norms of international humanitarian law. Particular attention is paid to the issues of legal certainty of the actions of military personnel, the specifics of the execution of court decisions in the military sphere, as well as ethical standards of service and ensuring gender equality in the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The publication aims to form in future lawyers a new vision of the role of law as a strategic defense tool and to prepare specialists capable of acting responsibly, based on national legislation and international security standards.

  Навчальний посібник присвячено комплексному аналізу сучасних викликів національній безпеці України та правовим механізмам їх подолання в умовах правового режиму воєнного стану. Висвітлено не лише традиційні аспекти відсічі збройній агресії, а й новітні форми гібридного протистояння: інформаційно-психологічні операції, кіберагресію, акти тероризму й системні порушення норм міжнародного гуманітарного права. Особливу увагу приділено питанням правової визначеності дій військовослужбовців, специфіці виконання судових рішень у військовій сфері, а також етичним стандартам служби та забезпеченню гендерної рівності в ЗСУ. Видання має на меті сформувати у майбутніх правників нове бачення ролі права як стратегічного інструменту оборони та підготувати фахівців, здатних діяти відповідально, базуючись на національному законодавстві та міжнародних стандартах безпеки.
