  Discursive Practices of Deliberative Democracy of Ukrainian Society The authors set the goal of conducting a socio-philosophical analysis of the processes of formation of institutions of deliberative democracy in Ukraine, in particular, to reveal the complex and contradictory nature of the processes of distortion of communications in Ukrainian society, which take the form of simulative and imitative practices, when instead of argumentative discourses, quasi-communications are formed, aimed not at achieving an argumentative consensus of citizens, but at achieving the goals and ensuring the interests of individual social groups. The study will show paradigmatic changes in modern social philosophy, respectively, the concepts of deliberative democracy, communicative philosophy and discursive ethics will be used, taking into account their methodological limitations.

  Авторський колектив поставив за мету здійснити соціально-філософський аналіз процесів становлення інститутів деліберативної демократії в Україні, зокрема, розкрити складний і суперечливий характер процесів викривлення комунікацій в українському суспільстві, які набувають форми симулятивних та імітаційних практик, коли замість аргументативних дискурсів формуються квазікомунікації, спрямовані на досягнення не аргументативного консенсусу громадян, а цілей та забезпечення інтересів окремих соціальних груп. У дослідженні будуть показані парадигмальні зміни в сучасній соціальній філософії, відповідно, будуть використані концепції деліберативної демократії, комунікативної філософії та дискурсивної етики, з урахуванням їх методологічних обмежень.
