Taking into account these complex realities and challenges at the Institute of State and Law named after V.M. Koretsky of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine prepared a monograph "Legal doctrine and statehood: a vector of interrelationships", dedicated to the current problems of the development of modern legal doctrine of Ukraine, its role and significance in the development of Ukrainian statehood and the national legal system.
