  Discussions on the History of Doclea and Dukljan This book was created on the basis of a review of sources, a critical review of older literature, and the inclusion of findings from more recent historiography. The book consists of five treatises on topics related to the history of Doclea and the people of Dukljan from antiquity to the beginning of the 11th century. Each of these treatises functions independently of the unit in which it is located, but all together form a thematic unit. In addition to the classical historical narrative and the review of published sources, these treatises also engage in polemics with the questionable positions of other historians. Different positions in the literature on the same issues are presented and it is pointed out what is still problematic or unknown from this period. Therefore, this book is the result of an effort to comprehensively study the most significant topics from the history of Doclea and the people of Dukljan until the beginning of the 11th century.
