  Chronological Notes on Li Changji's Poems: Volume 2 Li He, courtesy name Changji, was born in Fuchang County, Henan Prefecture (now Yiyang, Henan Province). He was born in the sixth year of Zhenyuan (790) of Dezong of the Tang Dynasty and died in the 11th year of Yuanhe (812) of Emperor Xianzong of the Tang Dynasty. His father's name is Jin Su, he is an estranged member of the royal family, and his official position has been low throughout his life. Li He was smart since he was a child. He has been diligent and studious since he was studying.
