It brings a selection of archival documents, contributions on Ottoman envoys to Cetinje, vice consuls accredited in Montenegro, sources, literature and biography of the author. A selection of chapters in English is given in a special appendix on about thirty pages. The editor of this edition of Matica Montenegrin is Ivan Ivanović, and the book was signed by Dragan Radulović in front of the publisher.
