  The China Overseas Investment National Risk Rating System (CROIC) of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, from the perspective of overseas investment of Chinese enterprises and sovereign wealth, has constructed five major indicators including economic foundation, solvency, social resilience, political risk, and relations with China, totaling 41 sub-indicators through a large amount of data to quantitatively assess the risks faced by Chinese companies in overseas investment. This rating system attempts to provide a reference for companies to improve the success rate of overseas investment by providing risk warnings.

  中国社会科学院的中国海外投资国家风险评级体系（CROIC）从中国企业和主权财富的海外投资视角出发，构建了经济基础、偿债能力、社会弹性、政治风险、对华关系五大指标共41个子指标，通过大量数据量化评估了中国企业在海外投资方面面临的风险。本评级体系试图通过提供风险警示，为企业提高海外投资成功率提供参考。
