  Bilateral Legal Cooperation Between China and Africa It is proposed in the Initiatives adopted at previous FOCAC that China and Africa should negotiate and sign more bilateral treaties on investment and judicial assistance in the field of legislation, justice and law enforcement. But with the rapid development of China-Africa economy, trade, investment and cultural exchanges, the current legal construction is still lagging behind and can't provide effective legal guarantee for bilateral exchanges and cooperation.

  上届中非合作论坛通过的倡议中提出，中非双方应在立法、司法和执法领域谈判签署更多双边投资和司法协助条约。但随着中非经济、贸易、投资和文化交流的快速发展，目前的法制建设还比较滞后，无法为双边交流与合作提供有效的法律保障。
