  A Nation Skilled in War: The Lithuanian Military Elite in the 13th-14th Centuries The catalog publishes introductory texts and scientific articles of the exhibition organizers that introduce this heritage in more detail. The catalog part, divided into three themes (I - "Fire. Earth. Water", II - "Riders. Soldiers. Robbers", III - "Selected Men"), contains an impressive number - more than half a thousand unique exhibits from nine Lithuanian and foreign - Belarusian, Estonian, German, Italian - museum collections. Some of the exhibits reveal new contexts of archeological research, others - recent arrivals from medieval Lithuanian cemeteries, and the third - unique artifacts with connections to Lithuanian military campaigns.
