Short Stories of Murders The fourth play by Panagiotis Bratakou (with previous works being Jaime's Dream, I Am Anger and Sunday Dawn), Little Murder Stories is a modular "spectacle within a spectacle", with elements of tragicomedy and musical. While morphologically it refers to familiar genres of stage art, at the same time it borrows something from the logic and aesthetics of old Greek films - probably intentionally, in order to bridge the contrasts and highlight the unspoken affinities of theatre, cinema and television, combining it with themes and concerns that are both modern and timeless. In essence, it consists of a succession of theatrical monologues: each narrative unfolds individually and independently, without one person and their own perception of events ever directly interacting with the other.
