  Annual Report on Reform of Medical and Health System in China (2015-2016) This book is divided into four parts: a general report, special topics, a reference section and an appendix. The general report discusses how to break through the difficulties of medical reform, such as streamlining administration and delegating power, reforming the medical system in accordance with the law, learning and drawing on the reform experience of other fields in my country over the past 30 years, clarifying the disputes over some major theoretical issues, such as the "public welfare" issue of public hospitals, and restoring the confidence of all parties in continuing the medical reform. The special topics analyze the medical reform measures of the past two years, some thoughts on deepening the reform of the medical and health system, drug price control under policy games, the price issue of Chinese medicinal materials in China, and the effects and reasons of drug price reductions. The reference section mainly introduces the rational operation and management of Chang Gung Memorial Hospital.
