  Annual Evaluation Report on China's Creating Happy Families Activity (2015) This is the first Family Blue Book, led by the "Creating Happy Families Campaign" evaluation team at the Development Research Center of the State Council. From a third-party perspective, this book assesses the progress of the "Creating Happy Families Campaign" across various regions during the 12th Five-Year Plan period.
