  Slavic Studies in Estonia and Abroad This collection, which is the 10th issue of the “Slavica Tartuensia” series and is entitled “Slavic Studies in Estonia and Beyond”, is dedicated to the XV International Congress of Slavists, which will be held in August 2013 in Minsk (Belarus). The previous issue of the series was published under the title “The Linguistic and Cultural Space of Modern Europe through the Prism of Small and Large Languages” in 2011. The series as a whole reflects the state and prospects for the development of Slavic linguistics at the present stage.
