The New Codification of Criminal Law "New Codification of Criminal Law" is a journal with a well-established readership, attracting a large readership from academia, practice, and undergraduate and graduate students. This volume is a collection of studies presenting selected issues within the broadly defined field of criminology from a theoretical, dogmatic, and international perspective. In the opinion of the editorial team, the views and opinions presented in this volume address cognitively significant topics and are, moreover, original compared to existing publications. Given the extensive changes that occurred in 2015 and 2016 in the field of criminal law, they constitute an important and necessary voice in the discussion on the ongoing reform of Polish criminal law.
